Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the my50 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all the provisions set out below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and my50 ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for or using any part of the my50 platform — whether through the website or mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with all Terms set out herein.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the my50 platform. The platform reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Users must be at least 18 years of age, or meet the minimum age required under applicable local law, to be eligible to use this platform's services.
2. Account Creation & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the my50 platform. You are required to provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date information during registration. Any false, misleading or incomplete information may result in the account being suspended or terminated without prior notice.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. my50 will never ask for your password via email, SMS or any other channel. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, unless you can demonstrate that such access took place without your knowledge or authorisation.
General User Responsibilities
- Not using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law
- Not attempting to hack, disrupt or damage platform systems
- Do not use automated software, bots, or scripts without written authorisation
- Do not create multiple accounts or use another person's identity
- Providing identity verification documents when requested by the platform
3. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the my50 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include TNG eWallet, FPX (Malaysian internet banking), and direct bank transfer. The list of available payment methods may change from time to time based on operational requirements.
Fund Withdrawal
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account registered under the same name as your my50 account. This is a standard verification procedure to prevent money laundering. The platform reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals above certain amounts.
Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method chosen and may take anywhere from a few minutes to three business days. my50 is not liable for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment providers.
Suspected Fraudulent Transactions
The platform reserves the right to hold, investigate or void any transaction suspected of involving fraud, technical error or a breach of these terms. In such cases, my50 may contact the user for further verification before releasing the funds.
4. Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits
Account Suspension & Closure
My50 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of:
- Breach of any provision under these Terms
- Fraud, manipulation or misuse of the platform
- Multiple account registrations by the same individual
- Use of false information or falsified documents
- Instructions from authorities or law enforcement agencies
If an account is closed due to a violation, the platform reserves the right to withhold the remaining balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Users whose accounts were closed for legitimate reasons may submit an appeal through official support channels.
Platform Liability Limits
My50 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including device damage, data loss, service disruptions, or game outcomes. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis with no guarantee of profit or any specific result.
Users acknowledge that all betting activities carry financial risk and that they are solely responsible for any decisions made while using the platform.
5. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Intellectual Property
All content on the my50 platform — including text, graphics, logos, user interfaces, software code and visual design — is the exclusive property of my50 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
The brand name "my50" and all related trademarks are protected property. Any unauthorised use may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links
The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for the convenience of users. my50 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party site. Access to such links is entirely at the user's own risk. We encourage users to read the terms and privacy policy of every third-party site they visit.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with the my50 platform or these Terms shall be resolved through the courts having jurisdiction in Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for the resolution of any dispute.
